Our Mission: 
Promote the sport of skiing and snowboarding by insuring kids have the right size equipment that is also appropriate for their skill level as they grow. At the same time making it affordable for the parents.



FAQ:
How do I become a member of the Trade-up program?
When you buy new Kids equipment from Grafton Ski and Cycley, you are in the trade-up program. It's that easy!!  You can buy the new equipment at any time of the year.

When do we trade up in sizes?  
We start trading in mid September and stop trading the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.  When you are ready to trade, bring all your equipment and the users "Your Kids" to the store.  Sit back and let our trained boot and ski fitters check sizes.  Some years you may not need to trade up into a larger  boot or ski.  That's OK!!! Our staff makes sure that the boot and ski will fit throughout the season.

Is trading up always FREE?
No, there are times that the trading will not be free of cost.  
Those times could be:
  • Trading your used equipment for new equipment. This could be because your child has grown out of "kids" equipment and now needs adult equipment.  If you want, we apply up to 50% (depending on condition) of what you payed for your current skis to the new ski purchase.
  • Your ski bindings need to be remounted because the new boots size does not fit into the binding. This would be a $25 cost for a remount
  • Trading after the Tuesday before Thanksgiving deadline will cost $20

Keep in mind: 
Although there are times you may have a small cost, these costs are much less then buying new skis and boots every year














Trade-up

  • Customers only qualify for trade-up if equipment was purchased new from Grafton Ski and Cyclery
  • Trade-up begins mid September and ends the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, mark you Calendars.
  • When coming to trade, bring all of your equipment so we can check sizing and make adjustments.
  • Any trades after Thanksgiving are subject to a $20 service charge per trade.
